We think it is important that everyone who comes to Great Barn Farm feels safe in the current climate. We have strict cleaning protocols, developed with the help of PASC UK, and have been awarded both AA Covid -19 Confident and Visit Britain ‘Good to Go’ accreditation.
We use NHS grade antiviral products with the highest Log kill rate in our cleaning regime.
We are sensitive to our environment so have been careful to ensure that the products we have chosen to use are fully biodegradable into harmless compounds. Guests are provided with hand sanitiser and biodegradable food grade anti-viral spray.
We have a rota system in place for the swimming pool, so that all guests can enjoy safe, private swimming during their stay. Full details of the measures in place and additional guidance is provided to guests both in advance of their stay and on arrival.
Yes, the barns are available to rent all throughout the year.
Each property has its own parking spaces in front of the barns for at least 2 cars. The larger barns have a lot more space for parking.
Bed linen and towels for the rooms will be provided. We don’t change the linen during your stay, if you do want the linen changing then there will be an additional charge. Please bring your own swimming towels for use in the pool as the chlorine can discolour the white towels we use in the barns.
The Sheep Dip is our indoor swimming pool, spa (Jacuzzi) and steam room complex. You have your own key. The water is a constant 28 to 29 degrees C. The pool depth is 1.2 metres. We have a system where in the morning anyone can use the pool then in the afternoon/early evening each barn has a private slot then there is swimming for anyone later on in the evening. We have chosen to do this as some guests would still like to swim without mixing with others whilst we are still dealing with covid. We will email you the time slots, which vary each day, before you arrive.

The kitchen areas in the barns are unusual in design, but great fun. They are well equipped with all you need to cook and dine.
We might be on a farm in the middle of the beautiful Norfolk countryside, but Wi-Fi is available in all of our barns, completely free of charge.
Unfortunately Great Barn Farm does not allow any pets in any of the properties. The reason for this is not because we don’t love pets, we do but the floors in the barns can be easily damaged by scratching and any pets particular dogs will scratch the floors very easily with their claws.
There is no lifeguard at the pool. An adult must accompany children in the pool area at all times.
No smoking is permitted at Great Barn Farm.
There is very limited disabled access. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
